Coronasync v1.4.1

Coronasync v1.4.1 is now available for download. This is a minor bug fix release.

 Bugs Fixed:
  • Issue# 8: When syncing fails with one host, sync should continue to the next host
  • Issue# 9: Filename should be assigned to browse targets
  • Issue# 14: Folder Remove function broken
  • Issue# 15: Sharing options should be available for folders hosted on the local PC
  • Issue# 16: Hostnames with "-"s cause an error when the Folders UI is accessed
